Registration

1. Visit http://www.osh-isis.com or click "new registration" as at top right in this page.
2. Click "register"(as below)
3. Fill-in your particular, select type of membership and proceed by press "Register"
4. We will verify your registration form and activate your membership accordingly
5. Once Registered User willing to start inspection, they have to sign-in by login Username & password. Then, the page shall be displayed as below;

Start for workplace inspection

1. As a registered user, you are enable to explore the entire system such as updating inspection result, view & print the summary and report, revise the inspection record and download related document (limited for exclusive user only).
2. To start insert the inspection input, visit http://www.osh-isis.com/ and login your username & password. Your profile data will appear. Click "Start Inspection" at

here,or

1. Now, you're ready to insert your inspection result with total 123 checkpoint extracted from OSHA '94, FMA '67, UBBL '88 & FSA '84.
2. If there any revision or changes required, please select "list of inspection" & press "update". You are able to do changes accordingly.
3. Summary, Monitoring and Analysis are important part of this system. You can retrieve this report throughout select button as appeared in the page. Below are the sample of the Safety & Health Report and monitoring graph;

• Where appropriate, user can select the Safety & Health Report based from the whole company or respected department.
• Monitoring graph for your benchmarking and performance analysis.
